As from the 3rd August 2023 DEFRA have announced New cattle movement regulations. You may have seen from their recent correspondence.

Thrapston Market will have buyers in attendance for all types of cattle from all areas of the country.

This is our new cattle entry form. Please bring this with you when you deliver the cattle to the market.

Please tick the relevant box with your current Tb status. High Risk Area 1yr, Low Risk Area 4yr and NOW 6 month or Edge Area.

Please Note.

Making false or inaccurate claims of parish/Tb status will trigger an Inspection and a standstill on your movements by DEFRA.
