Rob Russell and Richard Spendlove promoted to Associates with effect from 1st January 2025

The Partners at Bletsoes are delighted to announce that Rob Russell and Richard Spendlove have been promoted to Associates with effect from 1st January 2025.

Rob is an Agri-Business Consultant who started at Bletsoes in November 2021 and since joining the team has become both BASIS and FACTS qualified. Rob specialises in Contract Farming Arrangements, Mid-Tier Stewardship, Sustainable Farming Incentive, Strategic Business Advice, Budgeting and Cash Flows.  Rob is known for providing sound, practical advice whilst at the same time securing valuable additional income for farming businesses. Since joining, Rob has taken on a number of new clients to the firm, which is testament to the service and advice which he provides.

Richard joined Bletsoes in May 2022 and is a Rural Chartered Surveyor with 18 years’ of post-qualification experience.  Richard specialises in Valuations of Agricultural Property, Compulsory Purchase and Compensation, Purchase and Sales of Farms and Agricultural Land on behalf of clients, Annual Stocktaking Valuations, Environmental Schemes and Grant Funding and is also part of our Auctioneering team. As the Auctioneer at the monthly Smallholder Sales at Thrapston, Richard is a familiar face to many and a positive addition to both the Agricultural and Auction teams.
